PERSONAL LOAN DECLINED - EMPLOYMENT VERRIFICATION

<p>Hi, I app**** for a loan on the 5th of May.It was approved and then had to go for employment verification.When I called yesterday to see what is happening I was advised that the loan had been declined because they could not verify my employment details. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!<br />1. NOBODY had contacted me since the 5th to advise me that it was declined and the reason for that.<br />2. I will NOT accept that they could not verify my employment - I got a loan from you guys 2 weeks ago and that was approved there were no employment verification issues.SOMEBODY THERE IS NOT DOING THERE JOB!<br />3. I work for one of the biggest IT companies in South Africa -so there are absolutely no excuses as to why my employment could not be verified. <br />4. All my employment details are on my payslip that I gave in at the branch as well as emailed the consultant that assisted with the loan application all my payslips. <br />I would not have app**** for this loan if I didn't need it urgently! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY!!!</p>
