Personal loan Customer care call center is useless

i have had the worse call center experience in my life!!!! and this is all to the Personal loan call center in JHB!! i have been calling hole week, just to get my Funds released in to my ACC they taking 4 working days since last week!. got a call yesterday from one of the agents and was told they gone call me back!, since this hour am waiting on a call! you guys don't see the urgency in this. Taking my business somewhere else .
