PERSONAL LOAN APPLICATION
I'm so disappointed with this bank, on the 7th Dec 2015 I app**** for personal loan online and the consultant contacted me and my loan was approved she read all the terms and conditions to me and told me that the money will be in my account in the next 7 working days. Today the 15th Dec 2015 when I called to find out about the money to my surprise they never processed anything \talk about inconvenience"I bank with this bank and this is how they treat me? Shame on you. Now I need to cancel all the plans and I look like a **** to people all thanks to STD Bank and its consultants. I'm very angry at your service I feel that you don't respect your clients. What happened to TCF..."""
