8 months now my issue is still not resolved. I got a call from someone who works for standard bank in Soweto, i can't remember the name. What that lady told me was that, they have requested for my original contract, 2 weeks late later i got a call from here again telling me that they got the contract they will start recalculating the loan and fix what ever the issue was. its been 8 months now, the issue is not resolved and i have nit heard from that lady again, This is unprofessional, can you please fix this issue
