Personal lending nightmare ruining my credit score

I had app**** via my app twice now for a credit card which got approved,I even uploaded my documents as well emailed them to digital fulfillment and even to escalations, I called in every day for a week only to be told they havent received my docs, so why bother even uploading in on the app-this is also affecting my credit score which std bank doesnt care about-Today I now app**** for a term loanwhich was approved, I again submitted my docs on the app as well emailed them to digital fulfillment , But am concerned this going to another situation where this app is just ignored and will eventually expire cos no one reads emails-Please can I get feedback today as i bank with STD Bank so surely you even have my bank statements, and yourll say funds are available within 24 hours once approved but thisis not thecase
