personal information shared when bank system was hacked

On 23 March 2026, I was notified about the data breach and that our accounts are safe so not to worry. On 25 March 2026, an authorized debit order went through my account. So my account was not safe at all. As mentioned before with my ***** case, I never shared my credentials with anyone. Information is accessed within the bank system. I will share this with the NFO as well.

Can I also get a refund on my paid up vehicle finance account. I have been waiting for too long now!
