Period Of Home Loan Changed
Good Morning

I received a notice of interest rate increase in the post, in which I have noticed that the term of my loan has changed. In Dec 2007 I signed a bond agreement for a 20 year loan term. It is now 2015 and the statement reflects that I have 205 months remaining(17 years 8 months). Original term of loan was 240 months. So now I am paying additional interest on interest. Please explain this before I go to the Ombudsman, whereby Standard Bank are in breach of contract. Please explain who gave permission for Standard Bank to proceed with change of term
