Perfection in service delivery
I want to thank Onicca Masombuka at SBBSA VAF and Florence Kwetepane, my banker from the bottom of my heart today. Florence was on family responsibility leave, yet she still came in to the bank on her leave day to assist my wife to have our vehicle finance completed. This is shows you how Standardbank values their customers. Very few employees goes the extra mile today in the corporate business environment such as what Onicca and Florence went. I am super blessed to be a valued Standardbank customer.
