It is with great pleasure to inform Standard Bank that Peterson Ngubane is professional, well spoken, well mannered, cares about his customers, goes an extra mile with a smile that is felt from a distance. I have no words to describe the way he made me feel after the conversation was over. We always complain about bad customer services etc but we don't ever compliment where the compliment is due and well deserved.
