People who saved the day

On Wednesday I decided to go to different banks in Davenport / Glenwood (Durban) to update my address details because they are all close to each other. When I eventually got to Standard Bank they had just closed for the day and it was the last bank I had to go to. Kudos to Bandi who was kind to let me in and to Felicity who served me as if I was the first customer that day. I was able to tick off that item from my diary thanks to their great service and attitude. I wasn't rushed and they even allowed me to call the HomeLoans department from the branch when they could have been rushing to pack up to leave :-) This is good service South Africa! Ngiyabonga
