Pension Funds Not yet been paid.

I am writing this complain for the third time, I was working for Standard for the past seven years and I resigned on the 30th November 2022 and served 30 days notice until the 30th December 2022. I submitted all the required documents, but standard bank retirement group failed to send my documents to alexander forbes, I contacted them several times but it seems as if they don't care and also hellopeter standard bank they are also doing nothing about my situation, they keep on saying that my issue will be resolved, no one from standard bank retirement group or hellopeter standard bank has never contacted me and check if am OK because it has been 4 months now waiting for my pension funds. I had to contact Alexander forbes and ask them to send me the pension funds form and fill them again because they didn't receive any documents from standard bank and told that the process will take about 4 to 8 weeks, I am still waiting for my pension funds even today, it seems as if people are sitting in front of their computers and they are doing nothing about my situation, honestly speaking I am tired of this situation, I explained previously that I have debit orders, I am writing this review for the last time, I am tired of Standard Bank. What else can I say about Standard Bank? I am tired.
