Pension Backed Loan
My Pension backed loan was approved and the contract was signed 1 week ago (6 Nov). Still waiting to receive the money from Standard Bank to pay for the property. Called a few times, end last week and today and just getting promise by Standard Bank Pension backed loan division. Both do not provide feedback as promised and do not follow up.. My time on offer to purchase is running out.
