Pension backed loan

<p>The lack of accountability by standard bank officials is really terrible. I have app**** for an instalment reduction three weeks ago and to date nothing was done. My husband passed away January this year and I am really struggling to make end meets. Musa one of the call center agent was very rude this morning when wanted feedback on my request on the other hand Razaan Rass (Account Management Consultant) is not following up on my request or let alone provide me with feedback. Why do I have to be taken from pillar to post. No one has a heart in standard, I think the best is to just moving all my banking elsewhere.</p> <p> </p>
