I went to tbe fourways branch on the 29 september 2023 to submit docu.ents that i was told to bring after my visit to tbe branch the day before. I found a lady by the name Penolope in the reception. I tried explaining to her my reasons of my visit but she was so unfriendly and the tone of her voice was horrible. She actually reminded me of goverment departments and i this is where the satandard bank is heading.
