Pending service request
I called in last week. I settled my loan I over settled refunded then debited again. I was told this d/o will run as it's already tracking but refunded by 24/11/21. I have been calling and all I hear is music and then when I finally do get through the call is dropped. I want feedback on this matter asap. I spoke to Mathapelo *** "who gave excellent service" however now that she has done her part nobody is getting back to me.
