Pending ***** case

My standard Bank account was hacked, someone has been withdrawing money that I don't have in my account, the amount exceeded to -R1.5 million and the bank said they'll help me, it's been 3 months now, and I'm still waiting for their help, my ***** case is still pending. Everytime I go to the bank I turn into a laughing stock, they call the ***** line and nothing gets done, I went to Rustenburg mall branch and I looked like a fool to their faces, then I went to Rustenburg pick n pay plaza, they tried to help me and wondered why I didn't get any help at Rustenburg mall standard bank, since then my account isn't working and they took some of my money that was sent to my account, I can't buy anything, I need help to report this bank so they can return my money and clear the debt they used on my account, it's obviously an inside job, no one can open a card under my name without my consent, the bank is the one that has that much power.
