PBB and Private Banker Stuffed up my cheque account and walked away

<p>I had a very large advance account with Std Bank. I made arrangements to settle it in full. It was paid up and they still debited my account for an instalment. This kicked out all the other debit orders that needed to go through my account. For each RTD Dr I got charged R115. I raised it with them and was told that the instalment was alreadyour RTD so there's nothing for them to reverse!! What about the state of my cheque account???? I then wrote to the customer complaints email and received a note stating that the private Banker will respond. This private Banker is SO delayed that my account continues to get stuffed up and there's NO ACTION to assist me. I've banked with Std Bank since 1994. I am going to close my account but I want it to be in the same perfect state it was before all this **** took place. </p>
