Payments reflecting, balance still at 0

Hi,<br> <br> For the past few months I have been paying my credit card, more than the minimum required to be paid in each month. I have not used the card so there should be money in this card, yet the balance is still at 0.<br> <br> I've tried getting statements from internet banking but this even is not available when I log into internet banking.<br> <br> I have cell phone banking, where I am at least able to see amounts paid in and monthly deduction fees for this card. yet when I do the sum I should have money in this account but my balance stays at 0. this has been for a few months now.<br> <br> Please assist with sending me statements, I have not once received any statements since I have gotten this card.<br> <br> Thanks
