PAYMENT NOT UPDATED ON ITC

i have just gone through my ITC report and I realised that the payment made as a settlement to the loan account has Not been updated on ITC.<br> <br> Please advice me as to when the settlement payment will be updated on my ITC profile as this has a negative impact on my ITC rating.<br> <br> I am need urgent assistance in this regard ,<br> <br> I am not happy at this stage as I was continously being called to make payment and now I have made payment I need this matter to be sorted out urgently .<br> <br> I need this matter sorted out urgently and as soon as possible.<br> <br> Keep me updated .<br> <br> <br> GB Matima<br> ***<br> ***
