Payment increase

Good morning I have a credit card with standard bank and it is arrears due to none payment as I lost my job. I got a job in January and I’ve made an arrangement and have honored the payment every month however this lady Nadine is frustrating me asking me to pay more and I advised her that I’m the breadwinner my husband is retrenched and my bond is in arrears , I’m battling financially how do I pay more when my kids school fees is in arrears and all my other accounts are still in arrears. I’m not well and can’t afford to pay for a doctor , my ear is been dead for a month and I can’t afford a specialist. I’m trying my best every month to pay what more do you want from me. Can you please stop stressing me .
