Payment holiday lie, causing u to be in Debt

Good day All involved in getting me in Debt

You did not advise that I'd still be debited for interest on this payment holiday, this has depleted all my credit available that was on my card. There's an amount of R680 that was taken I don't know for what. My balance is now R100, if this is how ur payment holiday works where will I have the funds for my first debit order? This will but me in a credit issue cause I won't be able to afford the installment, how's this a payment holiday if you in bigger debt after it all. Can someone please call me, cause I'm furious if I knew this I wud never gave agreed to this. I emailed the consultants after being debited and struggling to get my debit order refunded I've been ignored by every consultant regarding my complaint.
