Payment holiday disaster. Still debited now waiting forever for a refund!

Standard bank I am still waiting for my bond money to be refunded! What didnt you understand when I called in and said I need!!!! My money the beginning of May, you took every Cent of my UIF payout. I am sick and tired of recieving computerized apologies. I need my money back TODAY!. I did what I need to, to cover myself by applying for the payment holiday.
