Payment holiday delay with reversals
I app**** for a holiday payment on the 14/05/2020. On the 15/05/2020 it was approved for a 3 month holiday payment. To date i have not received my reversals that was debited as promised. Its been well over the turn around time of 10days. Ive sent numerous emails and making calls daily but receiving no joy. I am been transferred from pillir to post advising that theres no notes reflecting on the system. I want this solved immediately.

02 Jun 2020, 14:52Thank you for the reversal of one debit order. There is still one more outstanding for the month of May as the approval is from April to June. Kindly reverse the May's debit order. Also make a note on the system for this months debit not to go off as i do not want to undergo this same problem.

I am still awaiting a response...
This is becoming very frustrating and it's not fair. When its time for installements we are charged interest yet i am waiting 17 days for a reversal. This is very prejudicial. I want this resolved as soon as possible.
