Payment holiday but the bank still debit

I got approved for payment holiday but standard bank still debit my account. This is affecting negatively as my account is already negative. I called debt Care Centre on Friday regarding this matter they promise that I would be refunded latest by today. Nothing as happened. I do not even have money to buy food. Can i please bed assisted
