Payment holiday always Declined. Worst bank ever
I used to think standard Bank.was a great bank to bank with but I don't have that thought on them anymore. They tell you to reach out when you need assistance but when you ask for a payment holiday it's always declined. They don't understand people's situation. I continued to pay for a whole year when I was retrenched and that meant absolutely nothing. Every time I request for assistance I am declined. Never bank with this bank.
