Payment Holiday
Please cancel the payment holiday on my home loan with immediate effect as I did NOT request a payment holiday on my home loan account. As per my telephonic conversation with one of your consultants from Debt Care Center on Monday 6th June 2020, I clearly stated over and over again that I only want a payment holiday on my vehicle account and credit card ONLY, to my surprise the payment holiday has been loaded on the home loan and not on my vehicle and credit card account.
I went through this entire debacle in April 2020. I am now back here again.
