Payment for a new card
I recently app**** for a new card to be issued because my old one was retained by the atm. However, I still had to pay the fee for a new card to be issued. Why do I have to pay for it because my card was retained? It would be different if I had lost it, but I didn't. Either way, I'm sure a piece of plastic and a chip costs way less than R132! Seems like a money-making scheme to me ? very disappointed.
Thinking of moving on to something that's way more accommodating than SB is
