Payment break refusal
We wish to know why Standard bank declines a payment break, we called to find out the reason but we were taken from pillar to post and there was nobody I mean nobody who knew why the break was declined. This is the nation's crisis that is out of our hands.. So they mean we shouldn't have groceries thina because they fail to think. We need this payment break for our bond not because we want too but because we have no choice in this situation... Standard bank can you please respond to us as to why you decline our requests.. I regret having a bond with you guys HONESTLY
