Payment allocation

Good day

Please assist I made an internet payment to my sister on the 16th and 17th of November. The one payment she received the following day. After a week she didn't get the money till date. I have been at the branch and they did put me through to the internet banking department that said the payment will be made within 2 -5 workings day, I was at the bank last week Friday again and I was waiting on your line for so long and said I will come back when I have time.

I want my money reversed I always have issues with this bank and it never gets resolved.
