Payment agreement

I have had a long standing arrangement with standard bank where I have always paid my arrangements.I cannot help that I was redundant in a job. Standard bank changes legal people and now I ger calls from people threatening legal action even though I keep my payment to standatdbank consistent . If you are going to take action and I have not defaulted on payment then why must I pay a large amount every month.

I expect that LGR attorneys be removed from this situation before month end. If I am to go to court then I rather save the large some of money I pay and then go to court because it's unfair to take a payment and still proceed with legal action.
