Good day I would like to raise this concern ,I have been handed over to you lawyers for an amount of R211 after been a loyal customer for how many years. The amount was reversed on 03-01-2022,,but I did not receive the funds in my account,I have through the attached my statement dated the time when the money was reversed and it was NOT sent to my account. Please do your research before escalating and demolishing my name to your lawyers In reference to the POPIA why are you sharing my information with my husband. Please refer this matter to the standard bank so that they can check where the funds are because I didn't get the money and I am not willing to pay a double installment. Please call me directly and not my husband.
