Paying for Standard Banks Negligence

I bought a house through Standard bank home loans 5 years ago and before the loan was approved an assessor was assigned to go to the property to assess the house and provide a report to the bank before the loan could be approved. From what I know there are checks that the assessor must do before approving. The assessor claimed to have gone to the house but I doubt they did as they would have found out that 1) the people residing in the house were adamant not to move out 2) I want to see the report; I am tired of being sent from pillar to post. I am tired of paying for a house that I am not enjoying. I need answers from standard bank. I can’t be living in a back room yet I am paying a bond religiously no I am tired.
