Paying for free withdrawals on my Elite account

For a while I have need taking note of the fees standard bank has been charging me especially with withdrawals.

I am supposed to get 6 free for the month but being charged R18 per withdrawal!!!! I don't understand why this is happening when I stay within my litmit of six per month.

I demand my money back for ALL the fees that were charged prior to my 6 limits, for every month since I've have this account.

This is pathetic, because I thought I could really trust this bank. I want confirmation on this issue asap, other else I am moving to FNB.
