pay us we will not pay your damage

after big hail storm 4 rooms of my house were flooded Standard Bank insurance .will not repair the water damage to the kitchen cupboards ,They say it is old water damage to the cupboard ,we got independent cupboard installer on the 08/01/2015 he could see the damage from the storm because the wood were still wet am there were black mould growing on the cupboards. The carpet installer were told only wash the carpet and hole rooms caret were wet there are wooden blocks under the carpet, take photos of the floor after the carpet were remove could see it were wet it black spots
