Pay me and **** off!
Claiming for building insurance has been the worst process
In this day and age you do not accept a digital signature, you insist on me showing my PERSONAL documents to people because it must have TWO witnesses.
Now you're refusing to pay me out of pocket expenses - to the same bank account that you've been debiting me from - until I provide a bank statement.
This is NOT acceptable.
Pay me my money and stop wasting my time
