Pay installments but no statements

Good day, <br> I would like to file a complaint against Standard Bank. I had a cheque account, with no overdraft. Then all of the sudden there was a outstanding balance of R 4120.65 on the overdraft. I made arrangements to pay R800 monthly on the account. I started June 2015, this morning when I made a payment again I decide to give the bank a call to find out how much the outstanding is, the they told me it was R3320.65 Now you must know I'm angry, they only tell me that they don't pick up the payments the outstanding must be R 1720.65 after 3 payments. But now they listed me as a bad payer but I have all the proof. I just think Standard Bank must start looking at their client services. Since I have n account with them I received bank statements on my check account twice???? So for the past 3 months I go into they bank and made cash deposits to this account but they can't pick it up??? So where must man go with your money if they do this, how is it save???
