Pay Fines - Is this Legal?

Two fines of R250 each have been indicated on my internet banking under PayFines area for a while, dated:<br> <br> 29 Dec 2009<br> 7 Oct 2014<br> <br> I have written to Standard Bank regarding this and can provide these emails but they have never been responded to. This is not about the money, i can pay these funds in a heartbeat. The correct judicial procedures is not being followed, therefore i request that these be removed from my account immediately. <br> <br> Should this not be done, or should it or any other fines appear, i will take further action regarding this ******* practice.<br> <br> Most sincerely<br> <br> Louise
