Pay back the money

So follow on with previous complaint about making a transfer and the money is returned. Standard Bank has confirmed that IT had some problems.<br> Now to get the costs back that where incurred Standard bank wants everything short of a Stool sample<br> <br> I have an issue with this.<br> If I was paying them or there department they would charge me for late payment and say its the way they ***** sorry they do business.
