Patience and kindness at the heart
Yolanda, I know customers aren’t always the easiest people to deal with, and you were the one who had to handle us at our worst. Yet not once did you show anything but patience, kindness, and genuine warmth. You treated our family with such understanding, even when we threw our little tantrums, and it truly meant a lot. Thank you for everything you did for us. Wishing you a beautiful and joyful festive season — you deserve it.
