Pathtic service and calls never answered

Standard bank Home loans insurance is so ***********. I have called several times having to hold for more than 30 minutes and not getting through. Putting through a claim was also a mission because I was on hold for more than an hour. I am still waiting for a plumber / assessor to be sent . This is really disappointing . Standard bank is going down the drain and it's really scary how the standards are detetiorating. With the closure of branches people should really start considering switching to other innovative banks. Please urgently advise on 19/44328 I can not be holding for hours to get help. Hire more if short staffed
