Pathetic, useless Standard Bank!!

So, 10 days ago I reported how we had been ****med at Standard Bank whilst activating a new Std Bank debit card. We notified the ***** dept at the Bank within minutes....please stop these payments, we asked. Mmm, they said...we will look into it. Now, nearly two weeks later, they say there is nothing that they can do and they offer us an ex gratia payment of 25% of the de*****ed amount! What an absolute joke. We are the account holder and yet we are not allowed to stop a *****ulent payment! *** is happening to our banking? The *****sters are lauging all the way to their Bank!!! I am not going to take this lying down....see you in Court Standard Bank...I do not care what it costs...this is a matter of principle...lets see what the Courts say...and lets see what the public say as I am sure there are many, many others who have suffered the same pathetic service.
