Pathetic Standard Bank service

It's always impossible to get any speedy services from Standard bank.I required urgent services from Standard Bank as I was unable to access my accounts while I was on holiday and could not get into a branch.All I needed was for Standard Bank to link my current card to my account which they should have done in the 1st place when I received my new card and delink my old card. I tried contacting them for 2 days a d was unsuccessful. I have other accounts with discovery bank and currently moving over to FNB and I must say the services they provide cannot be compared to Standard Bank as they are well above.
