Pathetic Standard bank ***** department

Standard bank again, can these guys just get one thing right...

So, 4 years ago STD bank listed me for ***** due to suspicion of impersonation and they did not bother phoning to alert me. Now I have to go through 15 business days to prove that I did nothing wrong. I found this out trying to secure a deal, in 15 days this deal will be long gone. Had std bank notified me years ago this issue could have been long resolved.

It's unfortunate that I even have to give them a rating of at least 1 which they really do not deserve
