PATHETIC SERVICE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Hi,<br> We visited the above mentioned branch to open a 32 day stokfel account on saturday the 23rd January. We arrived at the bank at 8:50 and we completed the details of why we were there and waited to be attended. Imraan called us as it was our turn after 30min, arriving to his working station and only sfter discovering what we were really there to do, he informed us that he is not able to assist us. while we waited he went to business section to ask a certain gentleman who he indicated will be able to assist us. He came back indicating that, the guy was busy with a customer and that we should wait for Zintle. We waited and after noticing that Zintle attended to 2 other customers who were there after us. I went back to Imraan to enquire if he did inform Zintle that we are still waiting on to be attended, he went and came back to say, after the customer that is already there we should go through to her. On coming through to her, she indicated that he should have also assisted us. After a long wait with back and forth and us requesting a bank manager Zintle finally assisted us.To cut the long story short the account that we have opened none of our members are able to deposit money on.
