Pathetic Service STD Bank Lynnwood

Moved to standard Bank after 8 years with fnb.

Opened an account 2 weeks ago only to find out that Lynnwood branch DIDN'T BOTHER TO ORDER MY BACK CARD AT ALL

THEY REFUSED TO CONTACT THE BRANCH MANAGER AS I REFUSED TO SPEAK TO WEEKEND MANAGER. Nothing was done to the lady that DIDN'T BOTHER TO DO HER WORK PROPERLY.

WHY SHOULD I STAY WITH YOU GUYS

Then I see on how see treats other customers as well. Wow Great **** representation
