Pathetic Service - STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK!!!!!

Refrain from using this financial institution as they have no client care. Do not trust them enough with your hard earned money. They take no responsiblity for their actions and care less to assist in helping you as their client. Instead they shift the blame to other departments and sell your data to rid the problem. I have been trying to have my retrenchment claim submitted 12 months now and tried all means of communication for a R2000 balance of which has now been handed over to attorneys instead of trying to get hold of me to find out why im not making payment etc.. Absolutely pathetic.
