Pathetic Service Standard Bank Wills and Estates

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT take a will out with standard bank!!! It is the most pathetic department and they will cause you more grief and stress in the most difficult time in your life. My mom passed away on the 25th of September. Documents were handed in. Today I had to call Nthando for the how manieth time. She still doesn't know *** is going on on my mom's estate and profile. Gave wrong information and said my mom doesn't have life insurance on her home loan of which I know she has. Then lies AGAIN saying she will give attention to it. This is probably the most useless department in standard bank and I feel like these people get away with pathetic service because everything is virtual and you don't see them. I feel like vomiting the way I feel helpless and frustrated. By tomorrow this time all my accounts will be moved to another bank. Standard Bank client services is absolutely despicable to say the least. I am so angry. I feel like I need to see a lawyer because my mom's estate must pay that useless bank and this is how they treat people. To hell with standard bank
