Pathetic Service Standard Bank Homeloans!!!!

Called Standard Bank Home loans earlier this morning to change my debit order date . I though this would have been a quick and simple change to make . Needless to say that the agent that assisted me put me on hold for a prolonged period , my call got cut while he was doing the change . No customer service or follow up and no one has called me back to give me feedback and confirm if my request was completed or not or to even find out what happened to the call . I am of the view that the agent has not been well equipped for this job , there were moments of silence and for some time . At the present moment I am not even sure if my request was fulfilled .
