Pathetic Service- Standard Bank
Absolutely poor service from merchant account business banking. If I don’t follow up with them they provide no correspondence! They holding funds for over a month now. Yet they released the exact same transaction a week before that. I’ve provided all supporting documentation yet no assistance has been provided to resolve the issue and give me my funds which is impacted on my business !
