Phoned the ***** dept to query a ********** purchase attempt. They transferred me to their transactions dept. A consultant answered only to advise her battery is dying and she will transfer me to another consultant. After a long hold a consultant picks up to advise she is internet banking debt and will transfer me to transactions dept. Someone answered and cut the call.
